Family Photo Session

Check out this beyond cute family!

We really had a great time - lots of exploring, hanging out and being silly. The girls helped me chose the best places to take the photos. Didn't they do great? Rumor has it, they weren't very happy before they came to the photo session, but who knew? They totally had their model faces on. :)

Sweet Ava

Here is the oh so sweet Ava. I headed out to her home last weekend (and the weekend before, but that is another story for another time). For babies especially, home is an awesome place to be to get photos taken- it's comfortable and familar, and besides if you need a diaper change or a little Norah Jones to calm down with, no problem. Another great thing about home as the backdrop is that all of the things that she loves as a baby will be in the photos to remember as she grows.

All in all this was a fun photo session - lots of playing, smiles and cute looks. This is probably my favorite photo of the day:

This is what happens when you have kids - your house (and life) just isn't the same. :)

We had so much fun - Ava needed a little Norah Jones and her swing. Before long she was out. lol
